Ordering
How do I customize an album?
After you apply for customization order in Junluv, please send related product information to Designers@junluv.com. After receiving your customization demand, Junluv will send you the design effect drawing within 1 working day. When you confirm that the effect drawing is exactly what you need, please reply "Confirm production". After confirming the production, refund and modification of the product are not supported. Please reply the email after confirming. If you encounter any problems in product customization, you can contact Beck@junluv.com at any time
When can it be shipped?
If everything is normal, it is expected to arrive at your hand about 12 working days after you place the order. Of course, some special circumstances may not arrive in time, but we will follow up the logistics information in real time to ensure that the goods will be delivered to your hand in the shortest possible time.
The following is the general process and timeliness of customization:
1. Send the customization information to Designers@junluv.com (1 working day) after initiating the customization request;
2. Junluv designer will make the effect drawing within 1 working day and reply to you for confirmation (1 working day);
3. You can reply to us within 2 working days to confirm the production (1-2 working days);
4. After confirming the production, we will put it into production (3-5 working days);
5. We will arrange the delivery of the goods after production (4-6 working days);
It should be noted that if the order is all right, you can receive the goods in about 12 working days at the earliest!
