Unfortunately, all Junluv customized products do not support refund, please confirm the information and style of customization before placing the order, once the order is confirmed and put into production, you will not be able to pass your refund/return application, if there is any quality problem, please contact: Beck@junluv.com and explain the problem you are experiencing, Junluv support team will solve the problem for you in the first time.
